Overview
Recruiting.no automates the research half of recruiting. Describe the mandate, and the system maps the market against an index of more than 600 million public profiles, then investigates candidates against the sources behind them.
Every candidate comes back with three things: why they fit or do not, the sources behind each claim, and the questions worth clearing up before you make contact. Claims are separated into confirmed, self-reported and unverified — the distinction is the product, because those three are not the same kind of fact and a shortlist that blurs them is a shortlist you have to take on trust.
It is not an AI sourcer and it does not replace the recruiter. It does the research; people make the decisions.
Detail
| # | What it is | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Confirmed, self-reported, unverified | Most of what is written about a person is written by that person. Separating what a source confirms from what a candidate asserts from what nobody has checked is the difference between a shortlist you can act on and one you have to redo yourself. |
| 02 | Four steps, in order | Define the mandate, map the market, investigate candidates against their sources, then prioritise who deserves the time. Sourcing is the first thing delegated and the last thing measured, and being wrong early costs a month of everyone's interview time before anyone notices. |
| 03 | Research, not decisions | The system produces the groundwork — relevance, evidence, and the gaps still open. Judgement about a person stays with the person doing the hiring, which is also the only place it can be defended. |
