Earned

Earned is the commission and payroll-basis platform for insurance offices in Norway. Upload the carrier's monthly exports and calculate each employee's earnings against the office's rates and rules.

Corrections, manual components and payout decisions are part of the same workflow. Original source values remain visible alongside adjustments and their reasons. The office reviews the result and decides what goes into the payroll basis.

Employee reports and the accountant's payroll basis are separate outputs. Published reports and finalized accounting documents retain their saved contents. Each calculation can be traced to source rows and recorded adjustments.

Employees read the reports their office shares with them on the web or in Earned for iPhone. They can browse periods and download reports as PDF, with optional notifications in the app. The office controls report access.

Earned prepares the payroll basis for the accountant. It does not transfer wages or replace the payroll system.
