Overview

Entopic is the deep research layer for hiring. A brief becomes an explicit specification you can inspect and correct before anything is searched. The market is then mapped broadly, before anyone is researched deeply, so nobody is discarded silently. The unit of work is the List: one shortlist against one locked specification.

Research is graded rather than asserted. You see what is evidenced, what is merely plausible, and what has not been established, and the third of those is shown rather than hidden. The sources stand beside each claim, with the questions worth asking already drawn up for the call. Scores are computed in code from the qualification contract rather than generated, so the same evidence returns the same number twice.

Entopic runs on a commercial web index, a licensed vendor for public professional profiles, and the Norwegian business register, which is how a claimed employer and a claimed role get checked against public authority data. The software researches. A person makes the call.

Detail

# What it is Why it matters
01 The mandate Your brief becomes an explicit specification you can inspect and correct before anything is searched. Arguing with the requirements is cheap here and expensive everywhere later.
02 The pool The market is mapped broadly before anyone is researched deeply, and nobody is silently discarded. A shortlist is only ever as good as the set it was drawn from.
03 The evidence Every claim carries a citable source, and what has not been established says so. Stating the gaps is what makes a profile usable in a first conversation rather than something to re-check.
04 The signature A named recruiter reviews and signs every delivery. The software does the gathering and the synthesis; deciding whom to pursue and when the evidence is sufficient stays with a person.
